One simple unit to provide
anti-scald protection to all outlets in the
bathroom. The bath fill, shower and basin taps
do not need to be thermostatic, saving time on
commissioning and money on brassware.
Central control of individual circuits for
isolation and flow, reduces installation,
service and maintenance time.
Single point temperature control, reduces
commissioning installation time by as much as
65%.
Whole Bathroom Protection
This single assembly solution allows significant
cost savings. You do not need a thermostatic
shower or bath fill, and additionally provides
basin tap protection. Simply install manual bath
and shower mixers (separately or in a combined
unit). These manual mixers allow the user to
moderate the temperature down from the safe 46°C
set “hot” temperature, to their chosen comfort
temperature.
Advantages
This unit provides safe water temperature from
one device for the whole bathroom, and allows
individual circuit isolation and management.
Continuous pipe runs - using manifolds reduces
the numberof joints by up to 75%, by the
elimination of T and L connectors between the
manifold and point of use. This leads to a
significant reduction in potential installation
leaks, and post installation call outs. The
visibility of these joints is only at the
manifold and at the point of use. |

Ease of Servicing
With integrated Multi Function Service
Valves, this job is made easy. The
generic image (left) show its key
installation and commissioning
attributes: back flow and cross flow
protection, filtration and isolation.
Specification of multi function
service valves
22 mm compression connection on hot and
cold flow to 1" female BSP flat face
union connections on the mixing valve
hot and cold inlets. The cold service
valve has a bridging connector: 3/4"
MBSP to the service valve, by 3/4" FBSP
loose union nut to the manifold. |
|
|
|
|
This allows flow on to the
cold manifold, and a union connection for
servicing. Serviceable DN20 non -return
cartridge, a 40 mesh sleeve strainer, full bore
isolation ball valve, with Teflon seals.
Thermostatic Mixing Valve
The integrated Thermostatic Mixing Valve is
suitable for TMV2 applications, and complies
with EN1111 and EN1287.
This valves is designed for low risk
applications to control safe water temperatures.
It has tamper proof headwork, designed to be set
and then covered, by the installer.
Preventing Hot Water Scalding
This product conforms to the Housing Corp
Standard SDS (Housing Corporation, Scheme
Development Standards, 5th Edition, Housing
Corporation 2003) requirements. It can be found
in sections 1.2.1.33a, 1.2.1.58 and 1.2.1.59).
We recommend you carry out a risk assessment
prior to installation. For more detailed
information on thermostatic control of water, we
recommend you visit the website on the
